Hello and welcome

My name is Laurie Brooks and I'm so glad you're here!

I know you’re sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and you just want to feel like yourself again, but your medication just doesn’t seem to be helping and you drag yourself out of bed every. single. day. I know exactly how you feel because I’ve been there!


After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s (low thyroid) and being on medication for over six months, I can remember still being so tired that I would almost fall asleep at the wheel bringing my children home from school each day. Pretty scary, right?

  • If I didn’t directly go to the kitchen to prepare dinner the minute I got home, I would fall asleep sitting up in my chair in literally 30 seconds!

  • It didn’t matter if I slept 6 hours the night before or 12. It didn’t matter if I “took it easy” or drank enough water or ate enough calories, I felt completely depleted by 4pm every. single. day.

  • I barely had the energy to function; much less take care of my family.

  • I wanted to spend quality time with them making memories that they would look back on fondly once they grew older.

  • I was missing out on sharing new experiences with them, seeing the world through their eyes, and appreciating all the little moments as they go fleeting by.

  • I realized that I needed to find a natural, healthy way to improve my health so I could be present and take better care of my family.


For the past 15 years, through lots of reading, ups and downs, and going back to school to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach (AIPCC), I finally found a proven roadmap to put my Hashimoto's diagnosis in remission!


I now have enough energy to get up and conquer my daily goals, run all my errands, and cook a healthy dinner for my family without taking a 2–3-hour afternoon nap!  I have enough energy to get through the day, but more importantly, my body has the energy it needs to heal itself.


My mission is to help women with low thyroid find the root cause of their symptoms and overcome them naturally so they can regain their energy, lose stubborn weight, and participate in their lives instead of watching from the sidelines.


My vision is to create a safe space where women learn how to advocate for themselves and heal their own bodies, to raise up their children with healthy food and lifestyle habits, and ultimately end generational chronic illness.
